Interactive Division: Sales Writer and Administrative Assistant

The Interactive Sales Rep is a mid-level sales position. This person works under the supervision of the Vice President of the Interactive division and is a team member of the interactive sales force. The Sales representative is responsible for selling design, programming, CD/DVD, Kiosk, search engine, email, hosting, and interactive tools relevant to a client’s needs.

  • Develops written technical proposals that detail Aristotle’s recommendation based on client’s long term business goals, target audiences and expected return on investment.
  • Assists with RFP’s sent to the company
  • Prepares written and digital presentations for new client appointments.
  • Conducts interviews and with and advises existing and potential clients.
  • Creates detailed price analysis as it correlates to the proposed recommendations
  • Compiles contracts and processing documents once clients have agreed to the work.
  • Responsible for transferring client to entire Aristotle development team and effectively communicating client’s needs to programmers, account coordinators and artists.
  • Assists with ongoing meetings when needed for client and team communications
  • Responsible for contributing substantially to the teams sales goals monthly and yearly.
  • Responsible for working with the sales team in evaluating Aristotle’s services and recommending new services.
  • Assists with coordination of sales materials, documents, mail-outs, and formal brochures
  • Assists with all scheduling, travel and administrative needs of the Vice President of Aristotle, Inc.
  • Attends local community and political events.
  • Participates in company marketing efforts by staffing booth operations and outreach initiatives.
  • Support Aristotle.net sales team when needed

The Interactive Sales Rep is responsible for maintain an expertise in all aspects of Aristotle’s interactive offerings. Other sales, public relations and non-sales tasks may also be assigned as directed by an Aristotle manager.

  • Uses clear, professional communications (both written and verbal) with clients and potential clients with no grammar errors
  • Generates well written and well formatted documents
  • Prepares documents and presentations on time and with accuracy
  • Creatively contributes to sales objectives, documents, and revenue goals
  • Requires little supervision to complete tasks assigned
Qualifications:
  • BA in English, Technical Writing or equivalent.
  • Sales and marketing job experience (2 years)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Organizational Skills
  • Accurate note taking and task-tracking skills
  • Simple accounting experience
  • Experience with research online and offline for industry trends and analysis
